When Massage Matters the Most

Author: A new patient sits in a comfortable recliner receiving her first chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer. Like all patients she is curious and a bit confused about the oncology massage program and says, “I thought that I couldn’t have a massage because of the cancer treatment.” This is a perfect opportunity to educate this patient about the benefits of oncology massage.
